At no time do any of these procedures allow for evidence of the requested fuel, either in part or in full, being provided upfront without certain documents being issued to the company. Furthermore we state that at no time will Marine Caribbean Offshore Services require or ask for any upfront fees and, moreover, ask for any banking instruments to be issued to our company in any way, shape or form.
